• Misrepresent odds, results, statistics, or other sports-related information.
   

• Offer paid picks, paid betting advice, tout services, or any form of gambling instruction unless explicitly authorized by BetBoard.
   

• Post malware, bots, crawlers, automated scripts, or disruptive code.
   

• Manipulate engagement metrics (likes, comments, follows).
   

• Engage in doxxing, stalking, or privacy invasion.
   

BetBoard reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts in its sole discretion.

6. User Content

 

6.1 Ownership

 

You retain ownership of all content you post (“User Content”).

 

By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or control the rights to the content.
   

• Posting the content does not violate any third-party rights.
   

6.2 License to BetBoard

 

By posting content, you grant BetBoard a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

• Use, host, reproduce, store, modify, publish, adapt, display, distribute, and create derivative works.
   

• Use your username, likeness, or profile information in connection with the content.
   

This license survives account termination.

All BetBoard names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans—including “BetBoard,” the BetBoard logo, and related branding—are trademarks or service marks of BetBoard (collectively, the “BetBoard Marks”).

 

You may not copy, use, imitate, or modify the BetBoard Marks without BetBoard’s prior written permission.
 

All other trademarks appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, BetBoard grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, OR DATA
   

• ANY BUGS, MALWARE, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE
   

• ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, ADS, AFFILIATE LINKS, OR EXTERNAL CONTENT
   

• ANY LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, CONTENT, OR INFORMATION
   

• ANY INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE
   

• ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS
   

• ANY LOSS OF REPUTATION, GOODWILL, OR USER ENGAGEMENT
   

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ANY BETBOARD PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR IF SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE.

14.2 Sports Data & Betting Content Specific Disclaimer

 

You acknowledge that:

• BetBoard does not operate a sportsbook.
   

• BetBoard does not verify sports data accuracy.
   

• BetBoard does not guarantee correctness of odds, lines, spreads, or statistics.
   

• User predictions, opinions, picks, or strategies are inherently speculative and may be inaccurate or misleading.

 

ACCORDINGLY, YOU AGREE THAT THE BETBOARD PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR OTHER CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR SPORTS BETTING DECISIONS OR USE OF BETTING-RELATED INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES.

14.3 Sole and Exclusive Remedy

 

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE, THE TERMS, OR ANY CONTENT IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE AND DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BETBOARD WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS.
